Fairly clean venue with particularly good and magnificent location next to the bus stop. Location next to the bus station and the train station. Fabulously helpful staff with good manners...

perfectly positioned for city strolls and park visits

I enjoyed my stay, especially the clean and spacious room and the convenience of being just a few steps from the bus stop that whisked us off to Venice in about 20 minutes. Plus, there are lovely parks nearby like Parco Piraghetto, made.

The room was big, had climate control, a coffee machine, and a writing table. The bathroom I had was clean.

Good location for train and bus services.

My arrival was stressful due to poor communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, it took a considerable time to connect with the owner. The bathroom lacked additional storage, and the mattress had an uncomfortable unevenness, made sleep difficult. I also found the area a bit unsettling.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Our Double or Twin Room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the air conditioning was a blessing. It was so convenient having a bus stop right nearby that took us straight to Venice in just 20 minutes. Plus, Mauro, the host, was organized and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Communication prior to arrival could be frustrating. Reaching out was more difficult than it should have been, especially during inclement weather. The bathroom lacked extra shelves or storage, inconvenient, and the pillows were too thin.

The room felt trendy and clean, with a fantastic shower and a heated towel rail that worked perfectly after getting caught in the rain. The manager was helpful with check-in details, but I found the communication a bit lacking before arrival. I struggled to reach out when I arrived early. The mattress was a tad too soft for my liking, and the pillows were quite thin, made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have extra pillows or blankets available. A clean place with a good vibe, but a few minor improvements could enhance the experience further.

Clean room, with helpful tips from the owner. The bus stop nearby allows for quick access to Venice in just 15 minutes, and we enjoyed a nice breakfast with great options available.

The location is a gem-just a 5-minute walk to the bus station! The room was impeccably clean with all the comforts needed for a great stay. Mauro, the host, was organized and helpful, giving excellent suggestions for navigating Venice easily. Just 20 minutes by bus to the heart of Venice, and the bed was surprisingly comfy!

Bizarre mattress positioning.

The air conditioning was efficient, keeping the room comfortable . the mattress was too soft for our comfort.

The room was spacious and came with everything we needed, and I really appreciated how Mauro showed us around and gave great local tips. After a long day exploring, it was so nice to chill out in the lovely garden area or catch a movie in the TV lounge. 😊

The place is quite clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, plus we had a room with a bathtub.
